Shipping will be via insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Shipping prices quoted are estimates and actual cost will be billed on the final invoice including the cost of insuring the item. All items over $100.00 US dollars in declared value will be insured for shipment.

Please note you will be billed exactly what we are billed for shipping. We don’t charge extra or charge a handling fee.

RETURNS

All returns must be in original condition within 10 days of receipt. We recommend shipping via insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. If you mail a return via the Postal Service we cannot assist with any claims for lost shipments and any damaged boxes will be refused. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping. All returns must be in original condition and packing and shipped via insured carrier accompanied by original Montana House Of Glass Bill of Sale. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of purchase date and a refund will be (exclusive of shipping) issued to the original buyer.
